Opportunity Description
JOB PURPOSE
- Assisting and supporting the DCM team in the marketing and execution of sole‑lending club and syndicated loan transactions
- Ongoing preparation and update of marketing material transactions documentation Loan Origination related strategies and MIS reporting as and when required
- Coordinate with the Loan Origination team in producing term‑sheets pitch‑books documentation post closing with external counsel internal finance CAD legal and loan agency
- Credit evaluation and financial analysis of corporate and financial institution clients
- Meet annual targets as provided by the Head of DCM Bond Syndicate
- In coordination with the Head of MEA LCM follow and understand the competitive regulatory and environmental factors impacting the industry and our clients
