Associate Director, FP&A

**Job Overview**
Seeking a high potential candidate to fill a critical role on the Finance Business Partner team supporting Laboratory Operations. This role requires strong IT finance systems capability to support the transition and management of revenue and backlog information within enterprise financial systems.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Assist in the implementation and enhancement of management and administrative financial systems, policies, and procedures, with a focus on integrating backlog and operational data into system based solutions
+ Analyze revenue and backlog performance, including supporting the migration of backlog data into structured financial systems to improve visibility, controls, and reporting
+ Own and build detailed financial analysis tools that support variance analysis, root cause explanations, and management decision making
