Associate Director - Loan Trading Support Specialist

Description
The Loan Trading Support Specialist supports the firm’s secondary loan trading activity by providing middle‑office coverage across the loan trade lifecycle. This role partners closely with traders, sales, Agency Services, Loan Operations, Credit Risk, and Legal to ensure accurate, timely, and controlled execution, settlement, and reporting of secondary loan trades. The position focuses on trade governance, documentation, reconciliation, and issue resolution, enabling the trading desk to scale activity while maintaining a strong control environment.


Duties and responsibilities:
+ Provide primary and secondary loan trade closing support, coordinating with trading, operations, counsel, counterparties, and administrative agents.
+ Prepare, review, and track Loan Syndications and Trading Association based loan trading documentation and closing deliverables; ensure timely execution and completeness.
