A well-established planning consultancy with a strong pipeline across the South East is looking to bring in an Associate Director to take a leading role in the delivery and growth of the business. The projects are varied but consistently substantial — large‑scale residential schemes, strategic land promotions, commercial developments and mixed‑use regeneration.

This isn’t a “sit back and oversee” position. You’ll be actively involved in steering projects, guiding clients, and mentoring a team that will look to you for direction and standards.
