Associate Director Media Buying

We are hiring Associate Director – Media Buying Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 8–10 Years Job Overview Media Buying & Rate Negotiation • Assist in planning, negotiating, and executing media buys across channels (TV/Print/Radio/OOH/Digital depending on role level). • Work with media vendors to secure the most competitive rates and high-value deals. • Support in managing rate cards, deal structures, CPT/CPM analysis, and benchmarking. Campaign Execution & Delivery • Ensure timely release orders, booking confirmations, and campaign execution. • Monitor campaign delivery and resolve any issues or discrepancies. • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure 100% accuracy in implementation. Financial Management • Manage billing, PO tracking, invoicing, and monthly financial reconciliation. • Ensure compliance with internal audit and financial hygiene guidelines. • Track spends vs. plans and assist in reporting savings and efficiencies.
