Associate Director, Medical Training

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic International medical training plan to drive measurable capability development and business impact
• Oversee onboarding of new hires to the International Medical Affairs organization, and continuous education
• Execute on therapeutic area training, competencies, compliance, and quality of external interactions
• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders at global, regional and national level to develop engaging training programs for a diverse global medical team
• Design training to optimize impactful stakeholder engagement which enables informed patient‑centric access and therapy decisions by communicating a strategic, harmonized and impactful medical message to the medical community
• Establish yourself as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the region, being able to deliver content training and/or coach others as necessary to the medical team and others as needs arise
