Associate Director – Microsoft Entra ID & Identity Governance

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, Microsoft Entra ID to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise identity and access management capabilities. This role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles, with Microsoft Entra ID as the core platform.

The Senior Manager will own identity lifecycle automation, access governance, and privileged access controls, working closely with HR, IT, Security Operations, and Architecture teams. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with program ownership and stakeholder engagement.
