Opportunity Description

**Your Day-to-Day**

+ Support and execute the Annual Revenue Plan to achieve targets
+ Analyze market trends and competitors to maximize revenue and occupancy
+ Develop new business and maintain key client relationships
+ Plan and implement sales, marketing, and promotional activities
+ Coordinate with internal teams and hotel network to drive business opportunities
+ Oversee group, event, and banquet sales
+ Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts
+ Build strong client relationships through sales activities and events
+ Lead and manage the sales team to meet targets
+ Assist in manpower planning and budget management
