Under general direction, the Associate Director, Specialties for Optum Massachusetts is a business partner to the Chief(s) of the Specialty Service Lines (up to 4 Specialties) in the planning and executing of the operational, legal, and financial, /capital planning needs of the specialties across Optum Massachusetts.
