Job Description

• Manage occupational health programs, overseeing workers compensation including managing occupational health services at the facility covering nursing consultation for minor ailments and providing initial first aid emergency treatment, manage healthcare system, wellness, occupational health training, and formulating and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance of regulatory, policies & procedures.
• Review current employee needs, report to company management on findings and propose required programs.
• Partner with business leaders, site leadership, line management, HR Business Partner and other CoE to strategies on the goal of achieving a healthy workforce.
• Occupational Health Management – 60% Policies & Procedures.
• Formulate and implement Occupational Health (OH), Medical policies, Wellness policies, procedures, protocol & programs.
