Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager ready to take full ownership of a diverse portfolio? This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, capable individual to step into an autonomous role managing a wide range of commercial assets across the central and South West regions.

Working with major institutional clients, you'll oversee approximately 48 properties including leisure centres, industrial units, office buildings, and single-let FRI assets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys variety, and is confident managing their own clients while collaborating within a supportive, approachable team.
