Associate Director - Quantum

Project Details

The Associate Director – Quantum will play a key role in leading, managing, and contributing to quantum expert commissions for the Forensic Expert Witness team. This involves devising and discussing solutions, presenting findings both internally and externally, and driving efficiency, value creation, and optimal use of resources within the team.

The Associate Director may also take on their own appointments (expert, contentious, and non-contentious), either independently or in collaboration with the wider team, ensuring effective delivery and oversight.
Deliverables typically relate to formal dispute resolution processes such as litigation, arbitration, and adjudication. In addition, the Associate Director will provide strategic advice on ongoing projects, settlement negotiations, and mediations, both in the UK and internationally.
