About the Role

Manage direct real estate investments across the region, including land and building acquisitions, while providing oversight, monitoring and governance support for indirect real estate investments.

Support the Director of Real Estate Investment in developing portfolio strategies and ensuring compliance with the Investment Governance Framework, with the objective of building a well balanced and diversified real asset portfolio targeting over US$30 billion by 2030.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with Group ICU and external consultants to conduct market analysis on key markets and sub-market in the region, assess the financial model to set up investment/portfolio strategy (10%)

Prepare the Investment Memo for acquisition of land and/or buildings in the region with all supporting documents including but not limited...
