Associate Director, Technical Product Management

**Job Description**

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and product features. Monitor and enhance adoption and usage of the product and digital services.
+ Work closely with the cross organizational teams to develop integration points that streamline business processes. Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, machine learning, blockchain, IoT) to identify opportunities for innovation within the integration platform. Lead cross-functional global agile teams implementing platforms or solutions.
+ Develop and execute the integration strategy across health sciences orgs and systems like SAP ERP, ensuring alignment with business goals. Identify integration requirements and drive the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data flow.
