Position: Test Systems Engineer

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Test Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, and calibration of complex test systems.

Responsibilities

• Support in cost reduction, yield improvement, efficiency, and capacity improvements in the assigned process (sort, test, etc) to support the business objective.
• Collaborate with the team in improving test system performance through periodic analysis of test system issues, finding the root causes, and implementing permanent measures to avoid recurrence.
• Participate in design review, FMEA review, GRR of equipment, quality-related issues, production issues, risk assessment, potential problem analysis, and decision analysis.
• Implement industry-standard tools in solving problems such as 8D, 6‑sigma, why‑why analysis, PDCA/DMAIC, SPC, etc.
