Associate Engineer (Facilities & Properties)

The Associate Engineer (Facilities) will be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and reliable performance of critical building systems at SPH Print Centre. Perform daily facilities operations, planned maintenance, and troubleshooting of M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) systems. Conduct routine inspections and performance monitoring of critical M&E systems, including chillers, ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), cooling towers, pumps, and electrical distribution systems. Supervise and inspect maintenance work performed by external contractors on M&E, fire alarm, and other critical equipment to ensure strict compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards. Assist in project coordination for facility improvements, system upgrades, and equipment replacement projects.
