Associate General Counsel - Investment and Trading (USA)

We are seeking an Associate General Counsel with a background in investment and trading to help lead our continued growth through sound legal guidance, industry insight, and close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

+ Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and responsible manager for legal and compliance matters, business and operational risk, and policy development, partnering with the CCO and other members of management.

+ Provide leadership, guidance, and training to staff and management on company risks, legal policies and regulations, and newly developed legal policies.

+ Advise on financial market and global trading regulatory obligations, including regulatory developments and the management of legal matters related to execution, trading, and operations, as well as the technology that supports professional trading.
