Associate HR Generalist
ABOUT YOU:
Come join our team! As an Associate HR Generalist, you'll perform entry level HR generalist functions, including coordinating the onboarding/offboarding of employees, supporting HRBPs, and participating in various annual projects.
YOU WILL:
+ Recruit. Full-cycle recruitment, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and on-boarding coordination. Manage contractor process end to end.
+ Facilitate. Manage and facilitate entire onboarding process for all employees at Corporate. Partner with hiring managers to ensure best in class experience for all new employees. Administer all onboarding and off-boarding activities for contractors through vendor agencies
+ Update and maintain records. Ensure that HR files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures. Maintain physical and electronic employee records by recording h...
