Associate HSES Specialist

The Associate HSES Specialist works with HSES Specialists / Supervisors to leverage conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures to plan, implement, and coordinate HSES programs to prevent or correct hazardous conditions.

• Provide HSE leadership to field personnel and set standards of behavior.
• Have a working knowledge of current HSES policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensure company HSE policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively and are known and understood by all employees.
• Regularly inspect work areas to identify unsafe acts and conditions and advise line management of those that cannot immediately be corrected.
• Assist with incident investigations and compilation of reports.
• Monitor maintenance and inspection of lifesaving and firefighting equipment.
