Our firm is growing, and we are seeking a talented mid-level lawyer (+3 year-call) to join our family practice group. This position will expose you to all aspects of family law, including:
Agreements, including cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements (marriage contracts) and separation agreements
Child support
Guardianship and parenting time
Division of family / matrimonial property
Paternity
Adoption
The successful candidate will be required to:
Conduct client consultations and provide summary legal advice;
Represent clients in family law cases involving issues of divorce, parenting, support, and the division of family property;
