Logistics Associate

The Logistics Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing shipping and logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. You will work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to manage the flow of goods and optimize supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Shipping Coordination: Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and update inventory management systems to ensure accurate records.
• Carrier Liaison: Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring adherence to timelines and service requirements.
• Order Fulfillment: Assist in the order fulfillment process, picking and packing products for shipment in accordance with company standards.
