Job Description:

Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM projects, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Engagement modules. • Manage project lifecycle across all phases: initiation, planning, design, build, test, deployment, and hyper care. • Apply hybrid delivery methodologies combining PMP-based governance with Agile/Scrum practices (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource plans, and financial forecasts. • Drive project governance, including RAID management, status reporting, steering committees, and executive updates. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, data migration, integration, and testing teams. • Ensure alignment with Microsoft Sure Step / Success by Design methodologies and DXC delivery frameworks. • Manage scope, change requests, and contractual deliverables, ensurin...
