Associate Manager, Platform Support

Job Summary: Responsible for executing and managing CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day CRM campaign execution across Email, SMS, and Push, including build, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch validation.
• Build one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Assist in journey builds, automations, segmentation, and personalization setup.
• Execute database list selection and dynamic content configurations.
• Follow established QA processes to ensure accuracy, deliverability, and on-time execution.
• Monitor campaigns post-deployment and flag issues or discrepancies.
• Support behavioral and lifecycle-triggered programs for retention and re-engagement.
