Associate Manager, Solutions Delivery Engineer

About the Role

As a Lead Solutions Delivery Engineer, you will guide customers through structured onboarding, migration, configuration, and optimization of Sonatype products while partnering with engineering, customer success, sales, and product teams to solve challenges and deliver impactful outcomes. In addition, you will provide delivery leadership within the India Solutions Delivery Engineering team, supporting engagement quality, consistency, and peer mentorship.

• Provide delivery leadership within the India Solutions Delivery Engineering team, supporting engagement quality, consistency, and best practices.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-impact engagements, helping guide resolution while remaining within defined service scope.
• Support and mentor other Solutions Delivery Engineers in the region through delivery reviews, knowledge sharing, and peer guidance.
