Associate Manager, Supply Planning (San Isidro)

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading Non‑Finished Goods planning activities, ensuring material availability while optimizing inventory levels and supporting business priorities through effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Non‑Finished Goods planning team for the Southern Cone.
• Liaise with the Supply Planning Manager & Procurement to develop inventory/safety stock strategies.
• Proactively communicate and elevate potential supply issues (e.g., supply risks and recommended solutions) to the Supply Planning Manager and cross‑functional team.
• Lead local XF meetings with the broader team, ensuring issues are timely and properly escalated.
• Act as guardian of the materials' inventory health to ensure service and avoid unintended excess.
