Role Title:
Associate - Order Management
Location: HQ, Malleshwaram, Bangalore
Key Activities include
:1) Demo Activation & Account Setu
pActivate demo accounts in the system upon receipt of completed demo request forms from salespersons or channel partners for ECG, Echo, and TCC products
.Map customer workflows and configure service types in the system based on the requirements specified in the customer agreement
.Manage product activation/coordination through the admin panel using email-based inputs
.Remain available on WhatsApp groups for real-time demo activation requests - field teams wait at customer sites and expect immediate action
.2) Documentation Verification & Billin
gVerify all customer documents - agreements, GST numbers, identity proofs, contact details, and signatures - for accuracy and completeness before processing
.Coordination with the Finance team over Jira
.Screen all onboarding requests against prior customer paymen...
