Associate Pastor of Ministries Connection Church

THE OPPORTUNITY The Associate Pastor of Connection Church will play a pivotal role in shepherding, equipping, and mobilizing the body of Christ. This position centers on leading and scaling our Gospel Communities (GCs), which are the heartbeat of our disciple-making strategy, while building systems that sustain church-wide discipleship, leadership development, and member engagement. This pastor will oversee the full discipleship pathway—from the moment someone first visits Connection Church, to their integration into gospel community, through baptism and covenant membership, and ultimately toward multiplication as a disciple-maker. He will provide pastoral care and spiritual oversight, while also designing and implementing systems that allow for sustainable growth.
