Associate People Advisor Specialist (Buenos Aires)

The People Advisory Specialist is an independent operational contributor within the People Partnership and Advisory function, supporting the employee lifecycle across the organization. This role provides advisory services to managers and employees on HR processes, policy interpretation, employee relations, and compliance matters at a location or country level. At the A2 level, the specialist operates with limited supervision, executing HR processes and providing guidance on standard cases while escalating complex or sensitive matters to senior colleagues.
