Associate Process Analyst

Our client has an opportunity available for an Associate Process Analyst based in Sandton.

Requirements:

• Matric or an equivalent qualification.


• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.


• 2+ years’ experience in this discipline.


• Verbal and written communication skills.


• Understanding of business processes.


• Understanding of the organization of a company.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis and documentation of business processes.


• Testing and QA of business processes to ensure efficiency.


• Define business processes and activity SLA’s.


• Evaluate business processes and eliminate inefficiencies.


• Administer user privileges and security and administer team systems.


• Audit processes to ensure they are executed according to the design.


• Business process management and improvement.
