Opportunity Description
Position Associate Producer, CG
Responsibilities
Partner with Producer to oversee and manage the production plan – including schedules, budgets, and all deliverables in collaboration with the VP of Production to facilitate delivery on the creative vision of the series.
Identify and implement the production resources & strategies necessary to support the project in collaboration with the Producer, Development and Technical teams.
Support the Producer in managing the script process including clearances, script meetings, delivery, and related budget.
Manage voice records and VR budget, including casting.
Collaborate with the Producer to understand Cost Reports and budget tracking on the project; attend Cost Report meetings with Finance and Production.
Generate contracts for crew & outside vendors.
Co‑operate with the Producer and Artist Management on Crew Planning and budget implications.
