Associate Product Manager - Camping and Recovery

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Camping & Recovery team, someone who lives and breathes 4WD, camping, or off-road touring and wants to turn that passion into a career shaping world-class products.

About the Role:

Working closely with the Product Manager, you’ll help drive the global success of our Camping & Recovery portfolio, from rooftop tents and awnings to recovery gear and storage solutions.

This is a hands-on, commercial role where you'll:

• Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from idea to launch and beyond
• Collaborate across product development, marketing, sales, and supply chain
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor products
• Help shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
