Opportunity Description
The Department of Abdominal Imaging, Division of Diagnostic Imaging, at the UT MD Anderson invites applications for a full-time, research faculty appointment at the rank of Associate Professor.
The Department of Abdominal Imaging consists of 60 fellowship-trained radiologists who provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging services to screen, diagnose, stage and follow-up patients with known or suspected malignancy using state-of-the-art equipment and technology. This position will primary focus on computational imaging, quantitative MRI, and artificial intelligence applications in radiology. The Associate Professor will be responsible for:
1) Writing, editing, and submitting reports, manuscripts, grant applications and abstracts;
2) Reviewing the scientific literature and planning new studies;
3) Preparing and presenting data for publication and scientific meetings;
4) Maintaining current and accurate records of research data;
