Associate, Programmatic

THE ROLE

As an Associate on our Programmatic team, you are entering the fast-paced world of automated media buying. This role is designed for a data-driven individual eager to learn how technology is used to buy advertising in real-time. You will support our Programmatic Managers in the daily execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across diverse digital channels. You’ll be at the heart of the “science” of media, learning the technical ins and outs of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and how to turn raw data into successful marketing outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Campaign Launch & Setup: Support the technical setup of programmatic campaigns within DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon), ensuring all targeting, budgets, and flight dates are accurate.
• Pacing & Budget Management: Daily monitoring of campaign spend to ensure budgets are pacing evenly and accurately according to client goals.
