Job Scope: Develop and implement research projects, including conduct literature reviews and data analysis Facilitate focus groups, perform data entry, and transcribe audio/video recordings Draft reports and conduct presentations on research findings to stakeholders Set up databases and data visualisation dashboards for research and operational insights Collaborate with other psychologists and social workers to explore innovative practices and technology to enhance professional practice Assist with programming scripts to help automate work processes Requirements: Degree in Psychology or related fields Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Good understanding of intermediate-level statistical analyses Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Understanding of basic programming Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills In...
