Associate Recruiter

Job Summary

Associate Recruiter will collaborate with the recruitment team, hiring managers and HR to drive our recruitment process. Will handle sourcing, screening and selection of qualified candidates, as well as maintaining accurate records, process management efforts and relevant reporting within the recruitment function.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for owning full cycle recruitment process and driving high-volume recruitment efforts. Responsibilities to include candidate generation, screening, and managing a large number of candidates through the entire recruitment process using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Utilize ATS with job postings, ensuring alignment with job descriptions, and manage applicant data.
• Support the presentation of qualified candidates to hiring managers through the ATS, and track progress throughout the interview process.
