The team

Our highly regarded corporate team is recognised for both domestic and cross-border transactions. We act for well-known corporate entities and financial sponsors and receive regular mandates from management teams.

Our business is of a scale and quality which can handle large matters whilst still retaining a personal touch and the flexibility to assist on daily business. We guide tech start-ups through their financing rounds to acting for household name clients and major corporates.

The team is ranked Band 1 in Chambers 2026 (Corporate M&A: £10-100 million, London), we are recognised as excellent at the legal aspects, but also strong in areas that need a pragmatic approach (Chambers 2026).
