JOB SUMMARY:
Maximize Residents' satisfaction by serving them in an efficient and responsible manner that meets their needs. Assist Shift Lead and Supervisor to work on the daily operations of all areas of the Service Center. Process complaints, inquiries, and requests of Residents. Handle the document and data analysis for Service Center business area. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process all services of the Service Center business area (including but not limited to U-Library, Community Club, TMH Central Plaza business area, and external Shuttle Bus), daily operations, and maintenance. Ensure the work area is kept clean, and maintain and manage all facilities in the work area. Process reservations, assign rooms, and perform room control for incoming Residents.
