Associate/ Sr. Associate - Finance & Accounts

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional will be responsible to drive planning, fund management, compliance, reporting, and operations while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Fund & Grant Management

• Monitor cash flows, fund utilization, and liquidity requirements.
• Manage domestic and international grant compliance, reporting, and fund tracking.
