Associate - TMT Transactions

The Opportunity

You will be part of a dynamic national TMT practice operating as a single, integrated team across transactional, information law and disputes. The transactional team advises on a broad range of commercial arrangements that underpin how organisations operate and transform, from SaaS agreements through to complex outsourcing and AI implementation projects. 

This role offers the opportunity to work on both “business as usual” matters and large-scale, transformational projects across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, energy, technology, retail and higher education.
