Associate Underwriter Project & Infrastructure Finance

About The Role This is an opportunity to join a well-established team, where over time, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep level of proficiency in credit analysis, project finance, financing markets, underwriting and origination. You Will Be a Core Member Of The Project And Infrastructure Finance Team, Working Very Closely With Senior Market Underwriters. Activities You Would Be Involved In Would Include Assessment of project finance transactions and preparation of credit underwriting memoranda. This would include: Analysis of market, business profile, and technical aspects; Review of cash flow models including scenario analysis; Review of financing agreements; Review and execution of transaction documentation. Portfolio management tasks, including: Reviewing performance of existing transactions; Analysis of the existing portfolio; Analysis of industry trends. Contribution to business-related projects on a case-by-case basis.
