Associate, Valuation/Sr. Analyst Hybrid, 3/2 Office Schedule Boston, MA $95-135,000 plus bonus & equity; flexible depending on experience This role is responsible for supporting the valuation and financial reporting of life insurance products. The individual will work closely with a broader actuarial team to deliver timely reporting, perform detailed analysis, and review business performance. Level will be determined based on experience. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review statutory, tax, and GAAP reserves, along with related actuarial metrics. Analyze changes in reserves and assess sensitivities across different reporting frameworks. Investigate and explain key drivers of earnings and quarterly financial results. Strengthen and maintain internal control processes to support accurate and compliant reporting. Perform annual assumption reviews and evaluate the financial impact of potential updates.
