Opportunity Description
The Washington office seeks an associate with a minimum of 2 years employment or other complex litigation experience to join its Labor & Employment practice group. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills and the ability to work as part of a team are required. Qualified candidates should have experience in employment defense litigation and/or traditional labor law. Clerkship experience preferred.
