Job Duties: Interpret and analyze the investment guidelines of our clients and code them into BlackRock’s compliance system. Interpret the client’s investment guidelines from the completed Investment Management Agreement (IMA) and implement the required controls through coding of compliance rules in BlackRock’s Aladdin platform. Support the process through which a client may change their investment guideline provisions over time, based on their preferences or market conditions. Craft new system rules, improve existing compliance coding and investigate or troubleshoot potential errors when needed. Coordinate the implementation of manual tests.
