Associate/Associate Director - London Project Management

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Associate or Associate Director with a proven track record of delivering large construction projects in the alternate ‘Living’ (BTR, PBSA, PBSL, later living), and / or private residential sectors.

The individual will become part of the London Project Management team led by Benjamin Cottle and will report to Steven Brown as the London Living Sector Lead. In addition to project delivery, the role will include supporting and driving growth in the Living sector project management offer. As such, we are looking for candidates with an established network and good relationships with private developer clients.

The role will be predominantly based out of 33 Margaret Street HQ, however, it will be expected that the applicant will be happy to work within the M25. Whilst the role is Living sector focused, candidates will need to be flexible and open to working on projects in other sectors.
