Associate/Senior Associate - Venture capital fund

Job Description:

• The core responsibility includes sourcing deals, doing business and financial research and diligence on startups that are raising capital, analyzing in depth their industry, competition, and creating a detailed research note.
• Do in-depth industry research involving global and domestic industry data and mapping of the entire chain of participants
• Performing due diligence, engaging with founders and liaison with the legal counsel in deal closure
• Research on deals, trends, transactions in startup early-stage ecosystem
• Build a network of industry participants across company’s industry coverage.
• Writing update notes and reports
• Doing industry networking across various industries where the fund has exposure.
• Build a strong connect with the company’s portfolio company managements.
