Associate/Snr Associate - Programme Evaluation

As part of our ongoing efforts to rotate and deploy officers to public agencies, AGD is recruiting suitable officers for deployment to the Performance & Evaluation (P&E) Directorate in the Ministry of Finance. The Performance & Evaluation (P&E) directorate in the Ministry of Finance is looking for dynamic and motivated team members to support MOF in enabling a high-performance government, through better value and accountability for public spending and outcomes.

• Policy and planning
  • Formulate and implement programme evaluation and office space policies and processes for better outcomes and cost-effectiveness in public sector spending.
• Programme reviews
  • Work with public agencies to design appropriate evaluation and funding interventions for a diverse range of agencies, programmes, and projects.
