Compensation

Salary range: $45,000 - $59,000 CAD. Eligible for commission. Base salary may vary based on experience, skills, and location.

• Provide business and relationship management services to Investment Advisors.
• Assist IAs in building integrated and customized solutions based on clients' needs.
• Build relationships with existing clients, IA Bank branches, and other referral sources.
• Demonstrate financial planning expertise to support IAs and produce high‑quality plans.
• Participate in client meetings, wealth‑planning process, and organize client seminars/events.
