Opportunity Description
Deal Execution
- Conduct end-to-end investment analysis including financial modeling, due diligence, and valuation
- Support deal sourcing and pipeline development within target industrial and technology sectors
- Lead or assist in commercial, operational, and strategic workstreams during transactions
- Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to internal stakeholders
Value Creation & Portfolio Management
- Work directly with portfolio company leadership to develop and implement value creation plans
- Drive initiatives across:
- Operational excellence (lean, cost optimization, productivity improvements)
- Business transformation (digitalization, restructuring, process redesign)
- Strategy (market expansion, pricing, product strategy)
- Monitor performance metrics and track progress against value creation plans
