• Induce and upkeep a positive vibe and environment, and inculcate positive gym culture
• Delivery of excellent member service and satisfaction
• Ensure brand standards and operating practices are implemented consistently
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the club
• Utilize in-house tools to analyse sales trends, recommend and implement marketing strategy to boost sales performance
• Create and implement monthly social media and marketing content and strategies
• Work with management to step-up sale promotion and event organisation
