Asst Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager - CRD (API)

Role & responsibilities

1. Plan and execute route scouting, process development, and optimization for APIs and key intermediates
2. Execute process and/or analytical development activities for CRD projects as per client scope and timelines.
3. Manage CRO/CDMO/CRAMS projects and client interactions
4. Develop cost-effective, scalable, and robust synthetic processes
5. Conduct lab-scale to pilot-scale development and support technology transfer to manufacturing
6. Identify and resolve process challenges related to yield, purity, safety, and environmental impact
